Special reinforced polyurethane sandwich panels are manufactured for constructing insulated truck bodies, suitable for all standard available makes of commercial vehicles.
Use of sandwich panels in this application have proven benefits, such as reduction in total vehicle weight, increased storage efficiency, lower fuel consumption, increased tire life and increased useful life of the insulated body.
The bodywork is fabricated with PPGI sandwich panel walls of 50mm thickness for cargo boxes and 100 mm for reefer vans/trucks.
Metal Fabrication with MS sheets is also carried out as per customer’s specification and needs for vehicles like water carrying body, transporting furniture’s etc fitted with shutters or sliding doors
The truck bed flooring is available in various finishes such as Poly-urea (Eco – Friendly), Aluminum T-Profiles, fiber glass or with aluminum chequered plate.
Double or triple doors can be fitted at the rear for easy access and the rear double doors will open up to an angle of 270°.
Anodized angular aluminum profiles provide external finishing to the bodywork.
Crash guards are fitted on the sides and at the back of the vehicle as per customer’s requirements that comply with government norms.
The reefer vans/ trucks are fitted with industries leading refrigeration unit manufacturers like Thermo King and Carrier.
Temperature monitoring system will be fitted on the driver’s cabin, for ease of use to maintain the desired temperature in the reefer box.
Tail lifts can be fitted as per customer requirements with 1.5 ton lift capacity. The passage from the platform to the vehicle floor is realized by an articulated bridge plate, available as option on this lift. The lift concept has been engineered to maximize the ground clearance under the lift, and to reduce the cut-outs in the rear cross member of the vehicle floor to a negligible minimum.
